Our fees
Our Debt Advisory & Mortgage Broking team charge a small fee of $350 for the preparation and provision of your Loan Solution report which includes (amongst other things) our loan structuring advice. However, this fee is refunded in full when your loan settles.
Before charging any fees, our team can provide you with a brief proposal outlining the indicative interest rates and fees we believe we can obtain for you. You will need to sign and return the agreement contained within the proposal before we can prepare your Loan Solution report.
Our fees are low because AMB receives a commission from the lender that provides your residential property finance.
